Hi, I’M TJ!
I started working in the fashion industry at the age of 15. Luxury fashion boutiques were (and still are!) a weakness of mine. My passion for fashion, albeit cheesy, runs deep. After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with a degree in Visual Communications, I started my journey young and eager to learn as much as I could about the nuances the industry had to offer.
I have worked for PR agencies, fashion houses, retail conglomerates, and celebrity stylists, and eventually opened up a retail store with a seasoned industry professional, my mama. For 12 years, we busted our butts buying and sourcing some of the best collections that Europe and the US had to offer, discovering many before they were what they are today.
We built a seven-figure business! Over the course of that time, I was able to take two 5 month maternity leaves, support my husband's entrepreneurial endeavors, and make my own schedule. I managed all the glamorous (lol) responsibility that comes with the retail end of things and have learned a thing or two. I continue to consult for the store in many facets, and I love it.
The beautiful thing about working with me is that you also have access to the 15+-year-old relationships I have built inside the industry with showrooms, designers, brands, and reps alike.
